MOTORCYCLE PARADE​

2014: 37th Parade.  Santa's passenger is a "Make-a-wish" dreamer whose wish was granted by being in The Parade.  Governor Rauner rides and donates $5000. 50,000 riders estimated.


2015: 38th Parade.  Santa passenger is an injured veteran who wanted to see The Parade. Over 50,000 riders. Last time for the Belmont Overpass.


2016: 39th Parade. 8:30am start. Small

crowd, because snow forecasted. No snow during Parade, heavy snowfall at the end. Gov. Rauner donates $5000 again but can't ride due to prior commitments. No Belmont/Riverview bridge
